We provide environmental monitoring services, act as environmental team leader and independent environmental checker for designated projects under the Environmental Impact Assessment Ordinance (EIAO) and controlled by an Environmental Permit (EP) during construction and operation phases.
For environmental monitoring services, we are usually appointed by our customers to monitor compliance with the prescribed emission limits of the field works, such as site drainage discharge disposal as well as dust and noise control during construction phase as well as noise emission during operational phase.
For independent environmental checking services, we are usually appointed by the project proponent to audit the compliance of the field works and environmental monitoring works conducted by the contractors and their environmental team.
We are experienced in dealing with the authorities and stake holders to ensure compliance with the specific requirements. Complaints handling and exceedances response are also essential for a smooth EM&A Program. We have successful records in dealing with such situations.
